Kristine Holder is a litigation lawyer at Nanda & Associates. She practices civil litigation and bankruptcy and insolvency law.
In her bankruptcy practice, Kristine represents bankrupts, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy and commercial list court in matters, such; discharge hearings, consumer proposal revivals, student loan hardship hearings, property disputes, and trust claims, and proof of claim disputes. She also assists family lawyers and family law litigants on matters where bankruptcy issues are involved.
In the area of civil litigation, Kristine represents clients on a variety of matters, including; loan collection and enforcement, breach of contract claims, commercial litigation, property disputes, and reviewable transactions, and fraudulent conveyance actions.
Kristine attended the University of Western Ontario where she received an M.A. in political science and her LL.B in 2001. She was called to the bar in 2002.
