Sabrina Hussain (Barrister, Solicitor, and Notary Public)
Sabrina Hussain practices Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, and Real Estate. Sabrina’s practice focuses on assisting clients in litigating statutory accident benefits, tort claims, slip and falls, long term disability benefits, and Canada Pension Plan disability benefits.
Sabrina graduated with a B. Eng. Mgt. (Electrical) from McMaster University in 2005, and received her LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 2008. Sabrina was called to the bar in 2009.
Sabrina has represented clients before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Canada Pension Plan/Old Age Security Review Tribunal, the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Federal Court of Canada.
Sabrina is versed in English, understand Hindi, Urdu and Gujarati – but generally limit speaking back in those languages . She is a Member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the South Asian Bar Association of Toronto.
