Mr. Trinh graduated from Concordia University (Montreal, Quebec) with a Bachelor of Arts, Major in French language, and from the Universite de Moncton (Moncton, NB) with a Bachelor of Common Law in French language, both in 1987.
He was called to the Bar in 1989 and since then he had practiced law in Toronto as a sole practitioner until 2019, serving the Canadian population, especially the Vietnamese community, with professionalism, dedication, responsibility, respect, and integrity in the culture of the legal community. In June 2021, he joined Nanda & Associates as a corporate and commercial lawyer.
Mr. Trinh had been teaching law at Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning from 2006 to 2014.
Mr. Trinh is fluent in three languages: English, French and Vietnamese.
