Brendan practices in the areas of Corporate, Commercial and Employment Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts with Honors from Wilfrid Laurier University and obtained his Juris Doctor from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University.
He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018. Prior to joining Nanda & Associate Lawyers, Brendan practiced Civil Litigation and Corporate/Commercial Law at a reputable litigation firm in the Greater Toronto Area. His experience in law has been diverse and includes working with both individuals in business in a wide variety of legal areas. As a litigator, he has represented clients in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Small Claims Court and several quasi-judicial and administrative tribunals.
