Jagmohan Singh Nanda is the founding partner of the firm. Received L.L.B. from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar in 1996. He articled with the Honorable Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar, senior Advocate and now Chief Justice of the Uttranchal High Court.
He started his own practice at Punjab and Haryana High Court and Supreme Court of India in 1997 and successfully Practiced until 2001 when he moved to Canada and worked with Khosla Law Office until he was Called to the Bar on January 23, 2003. He has since been practicing primarily in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate Commercial Immigration, Personal Injury, Wills & Estate.
In relation to his real estate he practice he has closed approximately 6000 residential deals, completed multimillion dollar commercial transactions including Gas Stations, Truck Stations, Hotels, Development Land and Multiplex Apartment Buildings as well as various Franchises.
He is a Member of Law Society of Upper Canada, Ontario Bar Association, Peel Law Association

Sabrina was called to the bar in June 2009 and joined the firm as an associate in June 2011. Previously, she was an associate with a prominent personal injury boutique firm. Sabrina received her LL.B. from the University of Windsor and a B. Eng. Mgt. (Electrical) from McMaster University.
Sabrina practices personal injury, immigration, real estate and family from the Malton office. She enjoys litigating statutory accident benefits, tort claims, slip and falls, long term disability benefits, and Canada Pension Plan disability benefits.
She has appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Canada Pension Plan/Old Age Security Review Tribunal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Federal Court of Canada.
Sabrina is versed in Gujarati, Urdu and Hindi and has a working knowledge of French. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association of Toronto.

Arthur L. Tan received his Bachelor of Laws degree from a prominent Chinese university in 2003 and practiced law in China. He then pursued his legal studies at the University of Western Ontario graduating with the Juris Doctor and Master of Laws degrees.
Arthur articled with Mr. Nanda in 2010 and was called to the bar in the Province of Ontario in 2011. After the call, he stayed at the firm and became an Associate.
Arthur is currently engaged in the practice of immigration law, real estate and business transaction, will & estates.
Arthur is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association and the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers.
